a. Download latest platform version from official website.
b. Firewall on your computer or in your network is blocking access to our authorization servers. Please, check your firewall settings or contact your network administrator.
Platform doesn’t start. Nothing happens, no messages
a. Check process PlatformApplication.exe in task manager. If it exists, close it and start platform again.
b. Disable temporarily your antivirus software and start Platform again.
Can’t login. Message: “Timeout waiting for authorization server”
Contact you administrator for connection credentials (login/password/domain). Also you can contact our support.
Spontaneous position opening
No positions can be opened spontaneously. Please, check you hotkeys settings. We don’t recommend using of numpad keys, “Enter”, “Space” for sending market orders. Also, you can enable confirmation messages before sending order. (Preferences-> Trading Settings-> Confirmation Messages)
Spontaneous position closing
a. Look at activity window. Column “User” shows who did that action. If user name is “Server” – position was closed by risk.
b. If overnight protection is enabled on server, all positions are closed 5 minutes before market close.
Stop order not working
Check attentively in activity window all parameters of stop order you placed. Probably stop triggered but was rejected by exchange. If you are not sure, what happened with stop order, export your activity in *.XLS format and contact our support.
Delay in display of quotations
Check filter in T&S window. If we put a Size>100 in filter, you won’t see prints with 100 shares. In other cases compare server time with quotes time, if you see delay, contact our support.
Can’t send orders. In activity see message “Invalid account name”
Sometimes, if you have unstable internet connection, executor can disconnect you. Relogin.
